Docklands Chauffeurs (Terms and Conditions)

These are the published Terms and Conditions for Passengers travelling with Docklands Chauffeurs.

General Conditions

  1. Docklands Chauffeurs offers Chauffeured Travel in an 8 Seat People Mover, as per the website.
  2. Docklands Chauffeurs travels COVIDSafe, please review our COVIDSafe Plan here;

  4. The Vehicles and Drivers are fully accredited with Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPVV)
  5. Docklands Chauffeurs (DC) is a Division of ChathMat Pty Ltd.
  6. All Applicable Insurances are in place as required.
  7. Chauffeur Services are available as required with (sometimes) limited availability
  8. A Secure On line Booking Facility is available 24 hours x 7 days a week
  9. Payments made at Docklands Chauffeurs are completed via a Secure PayPal Merchant Facility.
  10. Credit Card Data is not hosted by Docklands Chauffeurs after processing.
  11. Vehicle Availability is shown on our Reservations page
  12. Pre Bookings and Prepayments are required as a part of our Licencing Requirements.
  13. Children are full paying passengers
  14. Children Under 14 years must be accompanied by a Responsible Adult
  15. Younger Children under 8 years are required to use a designated Child Safety Seat
  16. Travellers are required to nominate child seating requirements when making a reservation
  17. Properly approved Child Safety seats will be supplied as requested (small payment required)
  18. DC reserves the right to cancel reservations including Children younger than 8 years where request for Child Safety Seating has not been completed. (Payment may be Non Refundable)
  19. Included in the purchase price is a non refundable administration fee, which includes unavoidable costs incurred by DC in administration and processing of the Booking.
  20. Generally the Administration fee is between $10 and $20.
  21. The Non Refundable Administration fee for the Great Ocean Road Tour is 15% of the Total.
  22. Cancellation Policy is at least 24 hours prior to Scheduled Booking time
  23. Cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking are NOT refundable
  24. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before booking will be refunded, minus the Admin fee.
  25. Guests are requested to be ready 5 to 10 minutes prior to scheduled time
  26. Generally 10 minutes past scheduled time is the maximum wait time allowed.
  27. DC monitors Airport flight arrivals so we don’t miss you. DC will contact you if there are delays (outside of our control).
  28. Food and refreshments are not recommended within the vehicle
  29. Consumption of Alcohol is not permitted inside the vehicle at any time.
  30. DC reserves the right to terminate any travel where guests are under the influence of Alcohol or Drugs, when guests undertake unruly offensive or any other unacceptable behaviour or where guests are not in a suitable condition to travel, as judged by the designated Driver at the time.
  31. While DC always tries be flexible, DC reserves the right NOT to refund any travel payments where Guests have not abided by these Terms and Conditions.
